A listing is not a paycheck wearing walls. A page that treats 田宅宮 and 財帛宮 as one “asset luck” sentence will send a cushion into a market the foundation room never underwrote.
Property Palace (田宅宮, tiánzháigōng) is stored base — house, land, the place a life returns to. Wealth Palace (財帛宮, cáibógōng) is how resources arrive and leave. Foundation is not pay. Pay is not a floor. Mixing them into one luck line is how people decide the sky said they should empty a savings account for a Tuesday listing.
The rooms written separately: 田宅宮 and 財帛宮. The rest of the court: the twelve palaces. What a money sitting is even for: what a wealth reading is.
Two jobs on one plate
Classical labels say fields and residence for Property, silk and wealth for 財帛宮. The modern jobs are still different. One answers “what kind of base am I occupying.” The other answers “how does money move when I occupy a life.”
You can have irregular inflows and a stable lease. You can have a loud number and no floor you mean to keep. Those are ordinary years. A system that gives them two squares is being precise.

Stars in either room describe a quality of occupying that domain. They do not appraise a neighborhood. They do not certify a ticker. A wealth reading is not investment advice is the longer refusal.
官禄宮 (Career Palace) is a third room. Do not let a raise join the average. Work style is not a down payment. The work-versus-pay split is Career Palace versus Wealth Palace.
命宮 (Life Palace) colors both and replaces neither. If Ming Gong is writing the whole film, you are doing a self sitting and calling it a house report.
When a house question is not a money question
“Should I buy?” is usually three questions wearing one noun: whether you want a floor, whether the cash can leave, and whether the building itself is sound. 田宅宮 can talk about the first as symbolism. 財帛宮 can talk about the second as symbolism. Neither inspects the foundation, the lien, or the roof.
A useful split:
- Floor question → Property first, then Life as color.
- Cash-flow question → Wealth first, then Wellbeing if rest is in the week.
- “Is this a hot market?” → neither room. That is a different professional.
How to read Zi Wei for money is the money-room order. Use Property as a facing or a second paragraph, not as a synonym for Wealth. A year mark on 田宅宮 is weather for how a base is occupied. It is not a listing date.
BaZi wealth stars will not translate 財帛宮, and a Western 4th house will not translate 田宅宮. Second maps are allowed. Glue is not a method.
What disagreement is for
When Property and Wealth describe different temperatures, keep both. A stable-looking base and a tight inflow are a known life. A flashy inflow and an unstable floor are another. Disagreement is a feature of using two rooms. It is not a hidden vote on whether you should sign.
Averaging them into “asset luck” is the failure. The average cannot tell you whether the next step is a budget, a walk-through, or a decision to keep renting. Those are different Tuesdays.
If a page implies that a strong Property Palace means the market will rise, it has left the plate. Critique of “2027 your assets double” is allowed for the same reason: the sentence is a claim about a bank, not a room.
A fictional listing week
Hana — invented here — is told her Wealth Palace is “active.” She reads active as permission. She empties a savings account for a listing. A slower Property paragraph, had anyone written one, would have described a base that is frequently rebuilt: short leases, rooms that do not stay, a floor she does not mean to keep. The listing was that pattern wearing a mortgage.
The next step was never “buy because 財帛宮 is loud.” The next step was a written cost for the cushion after closing costs, and a walk-through that a palace cannot do. Hana still has a decision. The rooms would have split the verb active into flow versus floor.
How Whisper sits with this page
A useful money report would keep foundation and flow in named paragraphs. Whisper does not currently sell a completed 田宅宮 or 財帛宮 engine. The daily layer uses simplified Zi Wei symbolism. A morning line about “home” or “flow” is still one prompt, not two palace walkthroughs.

Is a paid-off house proof of a strong Property Palace? No. A paid-off house is a legal fact. 田宅宮 is how a base is occupied in this tradition.
Can 田宅宮 tell me whether to rent or buy? It can offer language for how you occupy a floor. The lease, the rate, and the building still need facts the plate does not have.
Do I need birth time for the split? Yes, if you want stable palace labels. A guessed hour can slide Property onto a different square than Wealth and still look tidy. Leave the split open when the hour is missing.
