Work Compatibility and Birth Charts: Colleagues, Not Destined Co-Founders

Work synastry is the same overlay as romance synastry with different rooms. You want 6th (the grind, the process), 10th (the public job, the boss-function), 2nd (what gets valued and paid), Mercury (how you decide), Mars (how you push), Saturn (how you finish).

You do not want a Venus–Mars essay unless the workplace is actually about that, in which case you have an HR problem, not a muse.

Mars–Saturn. The engine and the brake. Useful in a shop. Miserable if one person only ever brakes.

Their Saturn or Mars in your 10th. They change how your public work feels — a standard or a spur. Their Moon in your 6th: they become the mood of your to-do list.

Composite 10th (if you build a composite for a company) is the project’s public face. Keep it labeled as the we-as-firm, not as “we are destined co-founders.”

What a Chart Cannot Hire

1. How do we decide (Mercury)?
2. How do we finish (Saturn) and start (Mars)?
3. Where do they sit in my 6th / 10th / 2nd?
4. What did the last shipped project actually feel like?

If the last project was kind and the chart is “harsh,” you have a working pair with a loud Saturn. If the last project was cruel, do not let a trine talk you back in.

Should co-founders have harmonious Suns? Sun sign posters are the weakest work tool. Mercury and Saturn beat them.

Is a 7th-house colleague a future spouse? The 7th is also contracts and open rivals. Read the office.
