How to Write Context for a Relationship Reading

The context box decides whether a relationship reading talks about your week or a generic pair. Learn what to include, what to leave out, and a short template.

Dates are easy. The empty paragraph is the part people rush, then blame when the report sounds like every other couple born that week.

Context for a relationship reading is a short account of one recent moment, what feels unclear, and the choice that is actually yours. It is not a biography, a case against the other person, or a list of every fight since you met.

The prompt list that feeds this box is eight questions for a relationship reading. The input checklist is what you need for a compatibility reading. The sequence around the form is how a relationship reading works. If you still want the product named first, use what a relationship reading is.

Three parts, in that order

Write the moment first. A cancelled Tuesday dinner, a silence after you asked about next month, a weekend that felt easy and then went sharp on Sunday night. The moment should be recent enough that you remember the actual words, or the actual absence of words.

Then write the uncertainty in one sentence. “I do not know whether we want the same pace” is an uncertainty. “They are avoiding me” is a conclusion. The reading can explore the first. The second asks it to prosecute.

Then write the choice that belongs to you. “I want language for asking how we decide plans” is yours. “I want them to commit” assigns the work to someone who is not in the form.

You do not need astrological vocabulary. Ordinary language is clearer than naming an aspect you only half understand. The report’s job is to meet your wording, not to test it.

What to include and what to leave out

IncludeLeave out
Relationship type and roughly how long you have known each otherA full archive of private messages
One recent event, with the words you rememberEvery similar event from the last year
What you have already asked them, if anythingGuesses about their childhood or private motives
Birth details you actually haveA noon time invented so the chart looks complete
The question you want the paragraphs to exploreA request for a future, a feeling you cannot verify, or a verdict

Sensitive detail that is not required by the question does not make the reading more personal. It only widens what you typed into a form. If the issue is planning, you do not need medical history, money figures, or a screenshot thread.

Birth date compatibility is the date-level map. Keep guessed times out of the context box as well as out of the time field. A sentence that says “their time is unknown” is more honest than a paragraph that treats houses as settled.

A short template you can copy

Use this shape, then delete any line that does not apply:

“We have been [friends / dating / partners / coworkers becoming closer] for [a rough span]. Last [day or week], [what happened in two sentences]. I keep wondering [uncertainty]. What I can actually decide is [your next step or question]. I am not asking the reading to [the verdict you are tempted to request].”

The last line is there to stop you. People forget to write it, then feel betrayed when the report will not say stay or leave.

If you have two unrelated questions — money and affection, or a parent and a partner — pick one sitting. A form that tries to hold both will return weather.

A fictional context rewrite

This person is invented. Jordan starts with six hundred words: how they met, three holidays, a list of texts, and a request to know “if this is going anywhere.” The report has nowhere to stand except a generic couple with those birthdays.

Jordan tries again in five sentences. “We have been dating eight months. Last Tuesday they cancelled dinner an hour before and suggested a walk instead. I got sharp; they got quiet. I do not know whether cancelled dinner means the same thing to both of us. I want a way to ask what notice would help, not a ruling on the relationship.”

The second version still has feeling. It also has a place for Western astrology, BaZi, and numerology to compare how those two charts handle plans, repair, and recovery. The first version asked the software to live the year for them.

Bring the context to a preview, not to a verdict

Whisper’s Relationship Reading reads the context you type against two birth details, using Western astrology, BaZi, and numerology together. The text is AI-generated for personal reflection; it is not a live consultation. Continue with Google to create a free preview — no card is required. Birth time and city can stay blank. The full reading is an optional US$30 one-time purchase with no membership. Saved previews and purchases stay in My Readings.

Write the moment, then create a free preview. If the preview does not meet the sentence you wrote, do not buy length. Length will not invent a situation you refused to name.

For a later sitting, how to use a compatibility reading in a conversation is the step after the paragraphs arrive.

Questions readers ask

How long should the context be?

Long enough to name one moment and one uncertainty. A tight paragraph beats a chapter. If you need more than about two hundred words, you probably have two sittings.

Should I write it in first person?

Yes. The reading is for the person filling the form. Third-person case notes make the other person sound like a specimen.

What if I do not know their birth time?

Say so, and leave the field blank. Dates still support numerology and a limited chart or pillar comparison. Do not complete the time for the sake of a fuller-looking report.
